Basic Motor Home Rental Policies
1. Minimum Rental:
3 day minimum rental period from May 27, 2005 to September 6,2005. 7 day rental will receive a discount. $750.00 Security Deposit to be used toward any damage or cleaning fees required beyond normal usage.
2. Driver Qualifications:
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. (Insurance requirement). Original driving record must be furnished for primary driver when deposit is made.
3. Pick up time:
Must be SCHEDULED between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Allow a minimum of an hour for pick up.
4. Return time:
No later than 11 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS! Late returns are subject to a $200 late charge plus daily rental fee. Allow a minimum of an hour for returns.
5. Important:
All deposits and rental fees must be paid in full 30 days prior to departure unless previously approved by RV Products First.
6. NO smoking OR pets!
Any smoke or pet odors or residue found will forfeit your entire damage deposit.
7. Trip exceptions:
No rentals to Mexico
8. No Same Day Rentals:
72 hours are required for pre-rental inquires.
